Motorway and major Trunk roads directions:
From the M11 take the exit at Junction 8 and follow signs to
Colchester A120 then follow local directions below.
From the A12 exit at the Boreham interchange junction and follow the signs for Stansted Airport which will take you on to the A130 then follow local directions below.

Local Directions:
From the A120 exit at the Panners Junction that is sign posted A131 Chelmsford and then follow signs for Great Notley. At the Queenborough Lane roundabout take the 3rd exit and then take the 1st exit on the next roundabout. You are now on Avenue West and Urban Hive is about 500m on the lefthand side.
From the A130 turn right onto the A131 signposted Great Notley at the appropriate roundabout. Continue on the A131 pastTesco’s until you reach the Queensbourough Lane roundabout. Take the 1st exit and thentake the 1st exit on the next roundabout.
You are now on Avenue West and Urban Hive is about 500m on the left hand side.
