Where a kit does not fit the requirement for a particular building, if there is a high number of dwelling or the layout or size of the panel has to differ from the standard configuration of the panels supplied in the kits, a panel can be made up from the separate modules to achive exactly what is required.
The Domular Classic, Domular 3000 and the new T-Class panels are all
modular and as such can be configured in an almost infinite number
of ways to suit the purpose.
The other benefit of modular panels is from a maintenance cost point of view. If a panel is damaged through vandalism or simply becomes faulty after a number of years of use, the affected modules can be replaced without the need to replace the entire panel. Upgrading or modifying a system after installation is also easier. It may also be possible to upgrade an audio system to video by exchanging the audio module for a video module or add additional features like access control to an existing system by adding new modules to an existing panel.
The flexibility of modular panels and the extra possibilities that they make possible can be a great benefit to the installer.
