AV 9996 water-proofing gel for safe outdoor connections
The simple, effective solution for connections, that for choice or for need,
are situated in extremely damp places.
SEAL-Bit RTV200 is a two-component silicone gel (A + B) which vulcanises at
room temperature, for low-voltage, outdoor connections (up to 1 KM).

Applications: low voltage electric connections (intercom systems, door phone systems, telephone systems, automatic devices, outdoor electric systems, swimming pools, outdoor lighting systems, etc.). Waterproofing gel for safe outdoor connections.

APPLICATION
Mix equal parts of the two components SEAL-Bit gel RTV 200-A and RTV 200-B in a clean container to avoid product deterioration.
Carefully mix the two components for approximately one minute. Mix slowly and always in the same direction to prevent the formation of air bubbles. Before applying the gel to the wiring, carefully secure the wires onto the box and check that the box is perfectly sealed to prevent the gel from leaking out. In order to make changes after polymerisation, cut the gel with a cutter to access the wiring and remove the gel from the wires. Apply the waterproofing gel again after at the end of the operation.
Important: The polymerising system is sensitive to pollutants which could prevent the gel from setting completely. Avoid using the gel with products such as heavy metal salts, ammine, sulphur, wax, cold clay and cyan acrylic glues (Attack, Loctite, etc.).
DO NOT SWITCH THE CAPS OF THE TWO BOTTLES!
