installers to meet the specific requirements of each project.
Barnsbury Place, Islington, London
System User: Mount Anvil
Site Type: Barnsbury Place is a prestigious collection of nine new houses, 15 new build and 80 refurbished apartments for sale along with a further 37 apartments for rent or shred ownership schemes. The sympathetic refurbishment of the three original Edwardian buildings married with the contemporary design of the new build apartments and houses creates a unique living environment within the established parish of Barnsbury.
The gross development value of this scheme is £56 million. The developments first phase of 15 refurbished apartments were completed in June 2010 and the second phase in August 2010.

System User: Mount Anvil, London & Quadrant Housing
Site Type: Full planning for this development was granted in September 2007.
Intensive planning and design work by Mount Anvil team led to an increase of 95
bed spaces for L&Q. This development compromises two blocks ranging from five to
nine storeys. The contract value of this scheme was £27m. Construction started in
July 2008 and the development completed in September 2010.

Rise, Alperton, Middlesex

Site Type: Developing 60 one and two bed private apartments in 14 storey iconic
landmark tower overlooking the Grand Union canal. There are a further 119 apartments
for rent or shared ownership schemes which make up the overall development, which includes
800 sq m of commercial space. The gross development value of this scheme is £14m.
It will launch in March 2011 with 38 one bed and 2 two bed apartments within the 14 storey tower.

System Description: Dig-Inox digital mono video door entry systems with T-Line monitors,
6 blocks, 179 apartments. Paxton stand-alone access control system.

The Landmark, Canary Wharf, London

Site Type: The Landmark is an outstanding design, its distinguished apartments, situated
in two towers, are high specifications with breathtaking views that are guaranteed to meet
with even the most exacting of standards. The East Tower is 45 storeys, The West Tower is
31 storeys both comprise of luxury suites, 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses,
24 hour security & concierge, underground car parking and private residents gymnasium.

System Description: MDK digital colour video system with full concierge facility.

Pulse, Colindale Hospital, London
System User: Fairview New Homes
Site Type: Pulse is a newly refurbished Victorian Colindale Hospital. With over 700
apartments and houses set in almost 13 acres, featuring a central public piazza, Cafés,
restaurants and shops centered around the central piazza will give Pulse a cosmopolitan and
relaxed feel. The selection of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments feature
undercroft parking, with the on-site resident’s car club.
System Type: VR-Inox Audio systems with stand-alone proximity access control
System Description: Separate VR-Inox functional video panels with audio handsets in
the apartments and video images from the panels modulated onto the TV distribution system.
Stand-alone Ciprox proximity access control system for each main entrance.

The Mill, South Darenth, Kent
System User: Fairview New Homes
Site Type: A diverse selection of newly built and converted apartments, houses and duplexes
ranging from one to three bed apartments to three and four bedroom houses. All the new
development sympathetically respects the traditional materials and the site’s Victorian heritage
and two of the original buildings are Grade II listed and are undergoing a meticulous restoration.
System Type: Domular Classic functional audio entry
System Description: Separate functional audio Domular Classic panels in various configurations
to suit number of apartments in each block. Installed by Greywood Installations.
Social Housing, Harrow Road, London
System User: Logic Homes
Site Type: Development of an 6-storey block consisting of 47 one, two and 3-bed flats
of which 36 are for sale and 11 are for rent with 5 having home office facility.
The ground floor has 5 commercial units and a restaurant. The double basement has
space for 40 cars.
System Type: Diginox digital mono video door entry systems with Vitwo proximity
access control system.
System Description: Diginox digital mono video door entry systems with T-Line monitors,
2 blocks, 47 apartments. Vitwo access control system to car park entrance, main entrance to
blocks and internal doors to bin stores. Installed by Airdale Mechanical & Electrical.
Marshall Street Baths, Soho, London
System User: Marshall Street Regeneration in partnership with Resolution Property PLC
Site Type: Development of 200,000 sq ft of loft residential apartments, workspace, studios, listed
swimming pool, spa, new leisure centre facilities and car park. The site owner, Westminster City Council,
awarded the project in 2005 to Marshall Street Regeneration Ltd. because of their ability to successfully
refurbish the listed 1930’s swimming pool and the inclusion of workspace for local creative industries.

monitors,3 blocks, 52 apartments. Conceirge station CDP70 switchboard and access control PC administration.

Orchard Plaza, Poole, Dorset
System User: Coltham Developments Ltd
Site Type: Development of 115 apartments in three different grades occupying a
prominent position on the High Street in Old Town, Poole in Dorset. One, two and
3-bedroomed apartments including penthouses. Onsite car parking is allocated to each individual
apartment.
System Type: MDK digital video system with Vitwo Read/Write Access control.
System Description: MDK digital video door entry system with T-Line monitors,
multiple entrances, 115 apartments. A mixed video system with mono video monitors in
the apartments and colour video monitors in the penthouses. Resident access into the
building and residents car parking controlled with Read/Write proximity access control system.

Millfield Overstrand Estate, Rustington, West Sussex
System User: Millfied Overstrand Estate Management/Hobdens Property Management Ltd
Site Type: Desirable residences with direct access to the beach at Rustington on
the South Coast of West Sussex. Millfield Overstrand Estate starting as Victorian farmland,
the ground area of the estate property is approximately 7.5 acres in extent. It consists of
11 buildings comprising 117 properties. Building was undertaken by Wimpey Homes and
was completed in 1965.
System Type: Domular Classic functional audio systems
System Description: 17 individual 4+n audio systems comprising 6 or 8 apartments,
all with Domular Classic audio systems. The systems were originally installed around 8 years
ago by Interphone Security Group but all of the entrance panels were replaced this year
with the Classic Evolution panel in anodised aluminium finish with blue LED backlighting.
